Manuscript Submission Portal

To submit a manuscript to be considered for publication, fill out the form below and submit the information when completed. The last name and first name entered below should be those of the primary/contact author. The file should be a Word document saved preferably in .doc format (please save .docx, the default MSOffice 2007 format, files as .doc prior to submitting). It should be named with the author's first initial(s) and last name (e.g. JDLastname.doc) and should adhere to the journal?s guidelines in all respects. Please note only 1 file can be attached, so any additional material (Appendices etc.) must be included in the manuscript file.

Note: The document being uploaded must not be open on your local computer.
