SUBMISSION FORM
To submit a manuscript or invited resubmission to be considered for publication, fill out the form below and click the Submit Information button at the bottom of your screen. The last name and first name entered below should be those of the corresponding author. [Note: The document being uploaded must not be open on your local computer.]

Unless a revision was expressly invited by the associate editor, do not select "Revised" as your submission type.  If you are submitting a revised version of a previously rejected manuscript, please click “New” and include in your cover letter how you responded to the previous reviews and action letter, making sure to reference your previous manuscript number.

MANUSCRIPT FILE
The manuscript file should be named with the corresponding author's first initial(s) and last name (e.g. JSmith.rtf) and should adhere to the journal's guidelines in all respects, including file format (.rtf or .doc).

The manuscript file should contain all figures. Do not submit figure files separately from the manuscript itself.

Your manuscript file need not contain high resolution figures at this time.  Please do not submit a manuscript file larger than 5 mb for ease of transmission to reviewers.

ANONYMOUS REVIEW
Anonymous review is optional. Please click the Yes button under Request Anonymous Review if you would not like your identity revealed to reviewers. Make sure your manuscript does not contain any author-identifying information before you submit it.

Even if you send a formatted version of your letter to the Journal, we must also have a text version of your cover letter. If you are submitting a revision, feel free to email the Journal a formatted version of your cover letter, though you must still also send a text version of your cover letter through the portal as you're uploading your revision.
